OVERVIEW

TBCS provides a professional window cleaning service as part of a service contract, builders clean or domestic spring clean.

We provide a service for:

• Light Industrial Units
• Retail Premises
• Housing Development Sites

This can also include exterior cladding, soffits and fascias, panelling etc, using the same equipment.

For commercial builds, light industrial and site contract purposes, we are CIS Certificate holders.

All window cleaning is risk assessed by a company Health and Safety manager, providing a documented Health and Safety Policy and Method Statements for each contract.

EQUIPMENT

Our cleaning staff are IPAF certified to operate scissor lifts, 'cherry-pickers', telescopic booms and Tucker pole systems to clean windows up to 60ft above ground level.
